Italian Renaissance Carved Server or Sideboard

    This magnificent hand-carved Italian Renaissance style solid walnut sideboard or server has a black marble top with gold and white graining.

The original finish is excellent, and heavy weight bronze hardware is original. Interior shelves are adjustable, side panels are raised and there are shaped columns at all corners.

Classical motifs are deeply carved in high relief, and rich moldings give this 1920's furniture an architectural depth.

Exceptional quality and workmanship is evident in every aspect of this spectacular antique. Six dovetailed drawers include three shallow upper silverware drawers.

Dimensions are 5' wide, 23" deep, 70" tall and the top of the marble to the floor is 43" high.
