The brilliant design of this Federal or Sheraton style dining table is very flexible - two separate wall consoles can form two small dining or games tables, or can be joined together for a single 7'8" long dining or banquet table.
This pair of 1920's tables are a faithful replica of an early 1800's era design. They are made of solid mahogany with matched flame grain aprons and spiral turned legs.
The deep finish is excellent, the tables are very solid, and each gateleg has a wooden hinge that supports the dropleaf design. There is a small stain or burn in the top of one table. They can be connected securely with iron forks underneath.
The tables are 30" tall with 24" of legroom underneath. In the wall console position with the gatelegs closed and dropleaf down, each measures 46" wide and 23" deep. With the dropleaf raised to use as game tables, they are 46" square, and when connected the large table is 46" wide and 7'8" long. V-T5535
