Victorian Civil War Era 1860's Armoire or Wardrobe

    Hand made during the 1860's Civil War era, this Victorian armoire or wardrobe disassembles for easy moving. The shaped and paneled doors and impressive crown are grand on this authentic antique furniture. The rich deep brown finish is superb on maple and poplar hardwood. Inside are later removable shelves, and below are 2 drawers with handcut dovetails. Some original square nails are visible on the rough sawn back.

This armoire has deep moldings and lovely proportions. Size is 5' wide, 23" deep and 7' 3 1/2" tall. U-A507
